Intrepid is a specialty investment bank and provides M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory services to entrepreneurs, family-owned companies, private equity sponsors and major corporations, through dedicated banking teams with deep industry sector experience and over three decades of experience. The firm is based in Los Angeles, with additional offices in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and Charlotte. Intrepid is the middle-market advisory arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (NYSE: MUFG), one of the largest financial groups in the world. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details. Intrepid is seeking an energetic, creative, and execution-focused Head of Marketing to lead all marketing and communications efforts. This role is ideal for a "doer" who thrives on managing multiple projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and driving results across events, content, digital, social, design, and advertising. The position reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the senior leadership team, requiring executive presence and the ability to influence at the highest levels. The typical base pay for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
